I ordered from eliyathelabel.com.au because the site looked really nice, but i didn’t feel super confident throughout the process. Communication was a bit slow, and I felt like I had to keep checking things myself instead of getting clear updates. The item did show up, so it wasn’t a total disaster, but for the price, I expected the whole experience to feel more “reliable.” Not the worst, but probably not a brand I’d rush to order from again

The site loaded fine for me, and the payment went through quick. The shipping cost was shown clear enough too, so no real problem there I had.

Checkout was straightforward, and I liked having a few ways to pay, especially PayPal and card. everyone wants options like that because it just makes ordering feel less annoying. The only thing was the payment page loaded a little slow on my phone, but phone checkouts are basically always kind of slow anyway. It all went through fine in the end.

The fabric felt thin and kind of cheap, and after just trying it on once, the stitching near the zipper already looked loose. The fit was off too, like the shape didn’t sit right on me. Maybe I just got unlucky with this one, but I don’t think I’d order from them again.

The designs feel classy without being boring, and still have that fun, flattering vibe without going over the top. I loved the cuts and the little details, they make the dresses feel a bit more special. I found a style I wanted quickly, which doesn’t always happen for me. Definitely a 5-star experience.

The staff were really lovely and helped me try a few different sizes, which I appreciated. The dress ended up fitting great and I’m really happy with it, though I did feel a little pressured at times to make a quick decision.
